Awaken Training & Nutrition takes a “Wholistic” approach to all things health, wellness, and fitness. As humans, we are a mind, body, & soul being, if any of these three are “off,” our entire being will be “off.” Health, wellness, and fitness are so much more than eating and exercising. What we eat and how we move our bodies are invaluable to health, wellness, and overall fitness, but these are simply “parts” of the equation, not the WHOLE equation.
